Carl and Gina have extensive experience in a wide array of bodywork modalities.  As you can see by the images, Carl does a lot of his work over clothes.  Working over clothes allows for a great deal of flexibility in working with movement and range of motion, still allowing for a full range from deeper work to subtle touch modalities such as craniosacral therapy and acupressure.  We are also very skilled with traditional Swedish massage for those who prefer work directly on the skin.
